Refund policy

Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags still attached. Kindly be aware that if you received a complimentary item as part of a special offer and decide to return a portion of your order, the complimentary item must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

Returns
For customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, return shipping costs are at your own. For our customers, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. RevengeClothing.NL is NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred or any lost packages during returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-8 working days.
